Shane Novak – President / Master Electrician / Estimator

Shane is a Cedar Rapids native and a graduate of Jefferson High School. Shane has been an electrician since 1990. He founded the company in 2004 with his wife Wendy.  Shane resides in Fairfax with his wife Wendy and their 2 children. Along with being an avid Steelers fan his hobbies include drag racing with his family and tropical fish.

Wendy Novak - Vice President / Office Manager

Wendy is a Cedar Rapids native and a graduate of Jefferson High School. Wendy resides in Fairfax with her husband Shane and their 2 children. Wendy’s hobbies include drag racing with her family and shopping.

Jeff Hintz – Project Manager / Journeyman / Estimator

Jeff is a Cedar Rapids native and a graduate of Regis High School. Jeff has been in Management since 1992 and has been an electrician since 2005. He also has a background in Home Audio, Data and Communications wiring and Information Technology solutions. Jeff resides in Fairfax with his wife Sue and 3 children. Along with being an avid Steelers fan his hobbies include Harley Davidson’s, old cars and camping.

Coley Novak – Journeyman

Coley is a Cedar Rapids native and a graduate of Jefferson High School. He has been an electrician since 1996 and runs one of our residential rough in crews. Coley resides in Atkins. Along with being an avid Redskins fan his hobbies include video games, Cyclone football and fast cars.

Dustin Novak – Journeyman

Dustin is a Cedar Rapids native and a graduate of Prairie High School. He has been an electrician since 1999 and runs one of our residential trim crews. Dustin resides in Fairfax with his wife Audrey and their 2 children. Along with being an avid Redskins fan his hobbies include drag racing and spending time with his family.

Andy Redlinger – Journeyman

Andy is a Solon native and a graduate of Solon High School. He has been an electrician since 2000 and runs one of our residential rough in crews. Andy resides in Solon with his wife Kris and their 2 children. His hobbies include racing, Hawkeye sports and traveling.

Blake Colton – Apprentice

Blake is a Marion native and a graduate of Linn-Mar High School. He has been an electrician since 2008. Blake resides in Marion. His hobbies include running and BMX Racing.

Casey Rogers – Journeyman

Casey is a Dubuque native and a graduate of Hempstead High School. He has been an electrician since 1997 and specializes in commercial and service work. Casey resides in Cedar Rapids with his wife Brooke and their 2 children. His hobbies include fishing, boating and hunting.

Drew Labs – Apprentice

Drew is a Center Point native and a graduate of Center Point – Urbana High School. He has been an electrician since 2009. Drew resides in Cedar Rapids. His hobbies include drag racing, motocross and playing with Bosco the dog.

Luke Beschta – Apprentice

Luke is a Cedar Rapids native and a graduate of Jefferson High School. He has been an electrician since 2009. Luke resides in Cedar Rapids. His hobbies include hunting, fishing and cars.

Ryan Gericke – Apprentice

Ryan is a Strawberry Point native and a graduate of Starmont High School. He has been an electrician since 2001. Ryan resides in Cedar Rapids. Ryan is an Officer in the Army National Guard and is now attending flight school in AL. His hobbies include exercise, reading, spending time with family and snowboarding.

Scotty Harms – Journeyman

Scotty is a Cedar Rapids native and a graduate of Kennedy High School. He has been an electrician since 2006 and specializes in commercial wiring. Scotty resides in Cedar Rapids. His hobbies include demolition derby’s and working on his house.
